Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neuroverse regarding your access to and use of our medical and diagnostics coordinator services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Neuroverse platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Neuroverse provides an online platform connecting patients with healthcare providers (doctors, hospitals, labs). We do not directly provide medical services — the actual healthcare is delivered by third-party providers.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the confidentiality of your account, use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, and not misuse the platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Appointment Bookings
Bookings made through Neuroverse are subject to availability. Neuroverse is not liable for cancellations made by healthcare providers. Both patients and providers should cancel or reschedule with adequate notice.
5. Lab Tests & Reports
Test results are delivered digitally. While we strive for accuracy and timely delivery, Neuroverse is not responsible for delays caused by labs or intermediaries beyond our control.
6. Fees & Payments
Patient registration is free. Some premium features may require payment. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Refund policies depend on the specific service and are handled case-by-case.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software on Neuroverse are the property of Neuroverse Health Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Neuroverse is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the services of third-party healthcare providers.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
